Two week Protein Diet
In two weeks protein diet you can lose 3-8 kg. But if after leaving the diet, you immediately begin to consume large quantities of sugar, salt, flour – the weight will return quickly.In addition to protein foods in the diet of non-starchy vegetables should be present vegetables that contain vitamins and fiber, they are:
Greens, cabbage and red cabbage, cauliflower, cucumbers, eggplant, onions and green garlic, turnips, radishes, Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, green peas.
You must completely eliminate flour, salt and sugar.
Should drink water – 1.5-2 liters per day to avoid constipation.
Diet on the 1st and 2nd week:
MONDAY
Breakfast: Black coffee, yogurt or cottage cheese.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg or cottage cheese or yogurt, cabbage salad, seasoned with vegetable oil in any quantity, possibly with the addition of other vegetables, a glass of tomato juice.
Dinner: boiled or fried fish or meat, vegetable salad, seasoned with vegetable oil.
TUESDAY
Breakfast: Black coffee, fruit, yogurt or cottage cheese.
Dinner: boiled or fried fish, salad, seasoned with vegetable oil.
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled beef, salad, a glass of buttermilk.
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Black coffee, fruit, yogurt or cottage cheese.
Lunch: boiled egg or meat / fish, salad, 150 grams of cheese.
Dinner: fruits.
THURSDAY
Breakfast: Black coffee, fruit, yogurt or cottage cheese.
Lunch: vegetables, fried in vegetable oil, 1 boiled egg or cottage cheese or yogurt.
Dinner: 200 grams of cooked beef, vegetable salad.
FRIDAY
Breakfast: Black coffee, fruit, yogurt or cottage cheese.
Dinner: boiled or fried fish, vegetable salad, a glass of tomato juice.
Dinner: boiled or fried fish, vegetable salad.
SATURDAY
Breakfast: Black coffee, fruit, yogurt or cottage cheese.
Lunch: 0.4-0.5 kg of boiled chicken, vegetable salad.
Dinner: 1 boiled egg or cottage cheese or yogurt, a salad of raw carrots, seasoned with vegetable oil.
SUNDAY
Breakfast: Black coffee, fruit, yogurt or cottage cheese.
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled beef, a vegetable salad.
Dinner: same as for dinner at any of the previous days.
Coffee can be replaced with black or green tea.
In salads instead of salt, you can add dried laminaria, which is sold in pharmacies.
It must be remembered that the protein diet is effective, but have contraindications, especially for those who have kidney disease.
