First dayBreakfast: black coffee.
Lunch: two hard boiled eggs, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice or tomato.
Dinner: boiled or fried fish, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
Second day
Breakfast: black coffee and toast.
Dinner: boiled or fried fish, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
Dinner: 200 g boiled beef, a glass of buttermilk.
Third Day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, three large boiled carrots with vegetable oil.
Dinner: apples.
Fourth day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Lunch: one large parsnip or parsley root boiled or fried in vegetable oil, apples.
Dinner: 2 hard-cooked eggs, 200 g of boiled beef, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
Fifth Day
Breakfast: fresh grated carrots with lemon juice.
Lunch: 500 g of boiled or baked fish, a glass of tomato juice.
Dinner: boiled or fried fish, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
Sixth day
Breakfast: black coffee.
Lunch: 500 g of cooked chicken, fresh carrots and cabbage salad.
Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
Breakfast: tea.
Lunch: 200 g boiled beef, fruit.
Dinner: anything from the previous day’s ration, except for the third day.
Repeat the diet from the eighth day.
